This Vacuum pump Rotary vane, dry running, type VT4.10, is equipped with a 0.37 kW/0.44 kW motor. The maximal volume flow is 10/12m³/h at 50/60 Hz. The maximum suction pressure is 150/150 mbar. The VT 4.10 is a medium vacuum, dry displacement pump designed to operate on a continuous duty basis. It utilizes self-lubricating, graphite composite vanes, requires only minimal maintenance, and requires no oil change.
Features:
(1) It has a high pumping speed within a wide pressure range;
(2) The rotor has good geometric symmetry, so it has low vibration and runs smoothly. There are gaps between the rotors and between the rotor and the housing, so no lubrication is required, and the friction loss is small, which can greatly reduce the driving power, thereby achieving a higher speed;
(3) There is no need for oil sealing and lubrication in the pump chamber, which can reduce the pollution of oil vapor to the vacuum system;
(4) There is no compression and exhaust valve in the pump chamber. The structure is simple and compact, and it is insensitive to dust and water vapor in the pumped gas;
(5) The compression ratio is relatively low, and the hydrogen pumping effect is poor;
(6) The rotor surface is a curved cylindrical surface with a relatively complex shape, which is difficult to process and inspect.
